DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

It is carried out within 48 hours after order confirmation. Delivery of the order is free of charge, with the exception of goods that take part in promotions and goods at a discount. If the product is promotional or there is a discount on the product, the shipping cost is paid and is a fixed cost of 100 UAH.

Delivery rules

• Upon receipt of the Order, the Client must check it for compliance with the names and quantity of items, the quality of the goods.
• Once the Client paid the courier, the Client signs the waybill, which confirms that he has no complaints about the quality and condition of the Order.
• If a defect is found, the Client has the right to refuse to accept the entire Order or part of it, paying only for the product that satisfies him completely.
• Please note that in case of refusal of the order (the goods did not fit in color, shape, dimensions, size, or for other reasons), courier services are paid according to the above tariffs.
• If the product is of improper quality (meaning a product that is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities. The difference in design or decorative elements from those stated in the description on the site is not a malfunction or non-functionality of the product) courier services are not paid.

IN UKRAINE AT THE “NOVA POSHTA” OFFICE

It is carried out by the courier delivery service "Nova Poshta" to the address you specified within 48 hours from the moment of order confirmation or from the moment of receipt of funds in our bank account. Delivery is free, except for goods that take part in promotions as well as discounted goods. If the product is promotional or has a discount, the shipping cost is paid and amounts to a fixed price of 100 UAH. When placing an order with the “Cash on delivery” type of payment, the recipient pays for all transport and refund services. To receive an order at the “Nova Poshta” delivery service department, you need to indicate the number / address of the convenient branch in the application, and upon receipt, present the passport and waybill number. It will be sent in a message to your mobile phone after sending the goods.

ACROSS UKRAINE EXPRESS DELIVERY "NOVA POSHTA"

It is carried out by the courier delivery service "Nova Poshta" to the address you specified within 48 hours from the moment of order confirmation or from the moment of receipt of funds in our bank account. Delivery is free, with the exception of goods participating in promotions and also goods with a discount. If the product is promotional or has a discount, the shipping cost is paid and is a fixed cost of 100 UAH. Please note that with this type of delivery, the type of payment "Cash on delivery" is not available. To receive an order, you must present a passport or documents proving your identity. An SMS with a bill of lading number will be sent to your mobile phone after sending the goods.

DELIVERY ABROAD

It is carried out by UPS, DHL Express or FedEx services free of charge if the order amount exceeds UAH 10000, provided that the product is not promotional and there is no discount on the product. If the amount is less than indicated and the product is promotional or there is a discount on the product, the shipping cost is paid. Shipping cost can be checked with the manager. It will depend on the size of the package and its destination. Separately, the possibility of delivery to the territory of the Russian Federation is considered in connection with the limited availability of private individuals.
